Check-in by 8:45 am
HQ tent opens at 8:00 AM. All teams must be checked in by 8:45 AM. All teams must have the rosters and waivers completed and turn in turn in prior to the Player's meeting. Player's packets will be distributed after the first round and only when a team has fulfilled all their obligations.

Player's Meeting at 9 am
9:00 AM - All players should attend this very important and informative meeting. We will go over all the 4 on 4 Pro Beach Ultimate rules, the format, party information and other important information.

Games Start 10:00 AM SHARP!
No matter what time we start, we will end on time. Make sure everyone on your team knows this.
